Long story short typically JUNE is the best. But it also depends on personal preference and circumstance.

Early Fall (September to October): Similar to spring, early fall offers pleasant weather, with slightly cooler temperatures and fewer tourists compared to the peak summer months. The sea is still warm enough for swimming, and you can enjoy the harvest season with local festivals and events.
Summer (July to August): While summer brings warm temperatures and long sunny days, it's also the busiest time in Cinque Terre. Expect crowds, especially in July and August, as tourists flock to the villages. If you visit during this time, be prepared for higher accommodation prices and book well in advance.

Vista Panoramica De Torre Doria Vernazza to Monterosso Path: Near the restaurants by the harbour find an alley of stairs. From this point you just need to find your way to keep climbing up the trail until you will reach a good enough viewpoint to witness Vernazza from above. It's a tough & sweaty 30 minute hike up, so don't wear sandals like me!

Monterosso al Mare
